If you join Sense as a support worker, you don’t need to have previous experience or qualifications - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. When you first join our team, you’ll get an induction tailored specifically to your role.
With a mixture of online and face-to-face training, you’ll learn about Sense, our vision and our values, as well as practical skills to help you in your role.
If you’re in a role directly supporting people with complex disabilities, you’ll receive all the support and training you need to provide safe and effective support.
Your training doesn’t stop at your induction. From workplace coaching, to online courses, to external leadership programmes, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to continue to learn, develop and grow.
