If you are a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager looking to progress your career, then this could be the role for you! We are recruiting for a Deputy Care Manager at our Supported Living service in Holbeach.

As a Deputy Care Manager, you will support the Registered Care Manager in providing high-quality, personalised care to individuals. Your responsibilities will include direct support as a Support Worker and office hours for staff management tasks, such as creating rotas and mentoring Support Workers.

When you join Sense, you'll have access to a variety of support functions to assist you in your role.

About this service & requirements for the role: 

  • 8-bed home, 8 people supported
  • Supports individuals who have autism, deafblindness or are disabled with complex needs
  • Prior experience of working in a Social Care setting such as Community/Residential/Supported Living is essential.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn British Sign Language or similar (desirable)
  • A full UK manual license (desirable as we have a company vehicle to take individuals out in the community)
