It's an exciting time at Sense, we are looking for Full time Support Workers to join our Supported Living service in Brent, London.
We are a supported living service for Brent, made up of 12 luxurious individual flats. The service is only a 15-minute walk from local travel connections, easy access directly into London by the jubilee Line.
You will be supporting up to 12 adults over the age of eighteen who have a range of complex needs, including sensory lose and learning disabilities.
Support required includes, maintain their home, health and wellbeing, going out in the community to do various activities of their choice. example swimming, shopping, hospital appointments, visiting families and fulfilling their aspirations.
Morning shifts, 7am-2pm Afternoon Shifts, 2pm-9:30pm
We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:
- Positive, with a can-do attitude.
- Caring and empathetic.
- Passionate about enhancing other people’s lives.
- Willing to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in health and social care or equivalent (or already have one).

This role in Brent might include supporting people with:
- Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
- Personal care and hygiene.
- Finances.
- Medication and wellbeing.

- Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
- Their social life and nightlife.
