It is a great time for Support Workers to join our service in Seaton, Devon as we have a variety of hours available up to 37.5 hours per week.
For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
Our residential service is located in Seaton Devon. With the seafront just a few minutes’ walk away, we have access to lovely gardens and lots of local café’s. Here we support Individuals to live the life they choose. This might include accessing the beach, strolls along the seafront and cake and coffee at a favorite café!
You will support 6 adults with Learning Disabilities here in Seaton, supporting them with real life experiences and opportunities to live fulfilling lives and to take part in experiences that bring them joy!
We offer flexible working arrangements for those who may require it - This can be discussed further at interview stage.

No two days will be the same
This role in Seaton, Devon might include supporting people with:
- Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
- Personal care and hygiene.
- Finances.
- Medication and wellbeing.
- Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
- Their social life and nightlife.
