Looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for a Personal & Finance Assistant for our Head of Service, in the North Belfast area covering our Northern Ireland services. Offering you £28,745 per annum.
Working hours would be 37.5 hours per week.
The purpose of this role is to provide a high level administrative support to the Head of Operations here in Northern Ireland, This role will be split between our different services in Northern Ireland, these are located in Newtownabbey, Dunmurry, Carrickfergus and Malone. You should be able to access all of these locations.
We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:
- Customer focused with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in an administrative/secretarial or personal assistant role.
- Confident with the use of Excel and other Microsoft office programs
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy and wide-ranging workload.
- Able to travel between our sense services in Northern Ireland.
