You don’t need any previous experience to become a support worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part time and full time roles.
It is a great time for Support Workers to join our service in Seaton, Devon as we have a variety of hours available from 8 up to 37.5 hours per week, both Days (£10.50 ph) and Nights (£11.00 ph).
You will join our fantastic team here at Seaton who are friendly and welcoming. Together we will make the day to day the best it can possibly be for both you and the people you will support. As a support worker, you will support the individuals with a wide range of in-house activities and community facilities where possible, you will need to come up with ideas and solutions to make the most out of every day. The adults we support have varying levels of visual impairment, hearing impairment and health conditions.
