​Could you be an Administrator at SENSE?


It's an exciting time at Sense, as we are now looking two Administrators, in Carrickfergus Northern Ireland. These ares permanent position, working 20 hours per week

As our Administrator, you will provide a comprehensive, high quality and responsive administrative service to our managers and their services. You will work as a team member in contributing to the continuous improvement of Sense administrative and management services.

For our 20 hour role you will support our Meadowbank Day Centre, this is an accessible, inclusive space, where adults with sensory impairments and complex disabilities can learn, get creative and express themselves.

Sense Administrator, Carrickfergus, Duties:

  • Maintain accurate files and records.
  • Handle correspondence, collate reports, undertake filing and photocopying.
  • Take minutes and notes at service meetings.
  • Manage the service calendar including meetings, events and open days.

Sense Administrator, Carrickfergus, Desired Experience:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Proficient IT skills, including the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
