Sense is currently recruiting for a Trading Administer to work 37.5 hours per week working flexibily between our office in Crayford and home on a permanent basis supporting our Area Manager Team.

This is an exciting time to join our team and work to support our network of 120 shops as we continue to expand our shops. Each year, over four million people buy an item from us, so our shops play a pivotal role in raising funds to make a difference to the lives of those who find it difficult to communicate and connect with the world. 

We are looking for someone to support the area manager team and head of retail with administration and communication tasks, to support the Area managers in delivering the trading strategy. The succesful candidate will in charge of producing and co-ordinating reports for the Head of Retail and Area Managers as well as managing the effective communication and collaboration with other departments within Sense.

 

Key skills and experience:

  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent level
  • Experience of producing reports in Excel and word
  • Proven organizational and prioritizing skills, with attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills

This position requires the applicant to be willing to work Bank Holidays and weekends as required.
