Sense are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our fantastic team as a Support Worker at our 6-bedded Supported Living service in Selly Park, Birmingham.
This is a permanent role, with contracts available for 22.5, 30 and 37.5 hours per week. We are offering Support Workers in Selly Park £9.75 per hour/£19,013 per annum FTE.
We are passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs, including mobility impairment, learning disabilities and sensory losses.
Care is provided around the clock. We take particular pride in the range of activities and wellbeing events we provide as the individuals we support have an active lifestyle. Some of the activities you could be supporting the individuals with include bike riding, trampolining, swimming, theme parks, day trips to places on interest, playing computer games.

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. The people we support are individuals and they are all treated as such.
The shift timings at this service are as follows: 7:30am-3pm and 2:30pm-10pm. We are flexible over a 7-day rota and this will be discussed during your interview.
We can arrange for you to speak directly with one of our existing support workers who can give you a true account of a ‘day in the life' at our service.
