This is a Relief / Bank role, so gives you full flexibility in the hours you would like to work. We are looking for candidates with a variety of flexibility including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and waking nights. Just let us know your availability and we will do our very best to accommodate.
At our service in Malvern, you will support individuals who are active and adventurous and you will need to come up with ideas and solutions to make the most out of every day.
You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker. Above all we want someone that shares in our values.
The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. The people we support are individuals and they all treated as such.
However, as a general guide, you can expect to go cycling, horse riding, to hydro and music sessions, to cinemas and theatres and pubs. We enjoy holidays away, visits to and from family and day trips out all over the place.
We like to be involved at home too, and enjoy cooking, baking, arts and crafts and pamper sessions, and we love being in the garden doing jobs or just relaxing.
