It's an exciting time as Sense as wee are looking for reliable and committed Support Workers to work in our services in Dereham.
This is a permanent role, working 18 hours per week. As a Waking Nights Support Worker you will receive £10.25 an hour.
At our service, we support individuals with sensory and physical disabilities.
As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will ensure individuals needs are met and that they remain safe during the night. You will be responsible for supporting the individuals and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and record keeping.
We value ourselves on delivering a high-quality person-centred service and we are looking for applicants that are able to share those values, are enthusiastic and able to work on their own initiative. There will be an opportunities to develop and use a range of communication methods.
You will be supporting with personal care needs throughout the night when necessary.
The shifts patterns are between 10:00pm and 7:00am which varies across weekday and weekend nights. There are opportunities for overtime on days and nights.

Your duties can include:
To support individuals / groups within the home, centre and community.
To provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.
To deliver services which meet or exceed organisational expectations and standards.
