About the role

It's an exciting time here at Sense as we have just released our new strategy. Sense now has an opportunity for someone to join our Business Development team as a Project Manager / Bid Writer, based at our purpose build centre TouchBase Pears, Selly Oak Birmingham. 

Duties include: 

  • Project managing a range of new business projects across Sense, which will increase business and diversification of opportunities
  • Ensuring projects are high performing, innovative and provide effective solutions for the Charity within the budgets available.
  • Providing advice and information and training on project management within the organisation
  • Support tender/framework/bid writing and processes

Key skills and experience required:

  • Recognised project management qualification
  • Proven implementation of recognised project management principles
  • Proven experience of managing projects and processes within a customer driven environment, with stakeholders 
  • Experience of good financial management.
  • Ability to produce effective project communications and management reports
