Could you be a Sense Waking Nights Support Worker?

It's an exciting time as Sense has just released its new strategy, we now have an opportunity for a Waking Nights Support Worker to join our service in Deeping St James.  

This is a permanent role, working 27 hours per week. Hours of work will be 10pm to 7am.

You will be supporting adults in a residential service, with complex needs including physical disabilities and challenging behaviour. We provide high quality care, are fully flexible in our approach and work in a person-centred way. The people we support are individuals and they are all treated as such.

Your required skills and experiences:

  • You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker. 
  • Knowledge of multi sensory impairments / learning difficullties is beneficial.
