About the role

Sense are currently recruiting for a Support Team Administrator to work at our office in Crayford on a permanent basis. This is a part time role working 22.5 hours per week. 

In this role you will work with the team to provide a comprehensive, high quality and responsive administrative support service to our Retail department. This will include:

  • Maintaining computerised and manual record systems and databases.
  • Providing our shops with communication and support materials.
  • Handling shop queries.

Key skills and experience

  • Administration experience, including database management.
  • Strong IT skills, including the full Office suite.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • T ability to prioritise your own workload and work well with a team.
