As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible – helping with personal care, supporting someone to rustle up some breakfast, do the weekly shop or visit a local café.

We are a very lively house and have a wide range of activities happening daily including arts and wellbeing activities, dance, music making, swimming, shopping, being outdoors, plus lots more.

A full UK driving licence is an essential requirement for this role, however you do not need access to your own vehicle. You would be able to drive our mini bus.

About you

Experience is not necessarily required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.
