We are Sense, a high quality community care service, who are passionate about supporting children and young adults.
We’re seeking to recruit great new support workers in Louth. Working across the week, contracted hours up to 37.5 hours per week, or relief / bank. We would like someone with the right values and behaviours to work in our bespoke service.
This is a fun and rewarding opportunity to provide bespoke care to individuals who enjoy a wide range of activities that include swimming, long walks, art, drumming, trampoline, beach trips, bus/train trips, camping, holidays and the great outdoors, as well as meaningful activities at home.
You don’t need to have previous formal care experience, nor do you need care qualifications – as long as you are flexible and imaginative, we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker, we will provide you with all the training you may require.
