Sense has a great opportunity to join our team as a Waking Nights Support Worker based in Malvern. This is a permanent contract working 35 hours per week. We have large diverse staff team and are well established within our community and regularly access the local facilities. The people we support are 7 individuals aged between 26 – 42, who will often travel further afield to partake in many other activities of interest.

• As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose in a residential setting
• You will support individuals and encourage them to make choices, to express themselves and to develop independent living and life skills

Essential:

• Able to demonstrate that you possess the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives. You do not need previous experience as we provide you with full training
• Flexibility, as working times do vary and include weekends, we will however provide you with a rota in advance so you can plan your life accordingly
