We are currently recruiting for confident & vibrant Relief (Bank) Support Workers in the Kettering area. For everyone living with complex disabilities. For everyone who is deafblind. Sense are here to help people communicate and experience the world. As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life that they choose; make choices, express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your person centred support and encouragement will assist the individuals to run their own home and access the local and wider community. You will be supporting with all aspects of life, including education, employment, social opportunities and life skills, while working towards agreed outcomes. You will aid the individuals to become active citizens of their community, to build relationships and friendships and help reduce isolation.

Experience is not required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.
Working times do vary and will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins & waking nights - Just let us know when you are available & we will accommodate.
