ICT Field Engineer
A Level 3 qualification in ICT, or equivalent professional qualification (A+, Network+, etc.).
Experience of supporting users remotely in a multi-site organisation and resolving moderately complex issues.
Experience of installing and supporting typical ICT hardware including PC’s, printers, mobiles.
Experience of installing, using and supporting Microsoft Office, and Windows based applications including Office 365.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience, both verbally and in writing.

About the role
Sense is recruiting for an ICT Field Engineer to join our successful ICT team. This is a full time, homebased role, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will need to be able to travel regularly to our locations in the East and North of England.
As our Field Engineer, you will provide ICT support across the organisation including; diagnosis and resolution of issues, installation of software and equipment and administration of IT systems. As we expand our services and embrace remote working, we’ve identified the need to have local ICT specialists nationally. You will attend to onsite ICT matters as required, covering the area of the East and North of England, including Peterborough, Loughbrough and South Yorkshire. You will also be providing on site support to our new Sense College in Loughbrough.
