We’re looking for unique individuals to support and enrich the lives of the people we support.

This is a great service where you will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities and sensory impairments.

About the role
You will support individuals with day to day living and whilst in the community. Encourage them to make choices, to express themselves, live as independently as possible and run their own lives as much as possible.
You will use the vehicle we have to take the individuals to activities of choice to ensure everyone is getting the most out of life.
We can be flexible with working hours to an extent however these hours are based around the needs of the individuals that we support.

About you 
Experience is not necessary, however we are looking for people have the passion and desire to transform lives. We will provide all the training you require, we ask that you embrace our values and ‘I’ statements.
Essential:
• For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
• Valid UK driving licence with willing and ability to drive a manual vehicle provided by the service.
