About the role

Sense has an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Human Resources team as the HR Administration Manager. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. Usually, our team is based in Selly Oak, Birmingham. This role will initially be homeworking, but regular travel to Birmingham will be expected post pandemic.

The HR Administration Manager will lead a team of Administrators in the delivery of a comprehensive, timely and customer focused service across the organisation, including the administration of recruitment, learning and development, and employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for the coaching, development and day to day activity of the team, acting as an escalation point for administration queries where necessary.

This is a fantastic time to join Sense’s HR team, as we unite our administrative functions. Our successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to shape the way this new team works.

Key skills and experience

We are looking for someone with experience of managing a large, diverse administrative function. You will have a Human Resources background, with an excellent knowledge of core HR processes and regulatory requirements. You’ll be resilient; comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
