About the role
Sense has a great opportunity for a Relief Team Manager to join our team in Selly Oak, Birmingham on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Relief Worker Coordinators in the delivery of an effective service to aid our care managers across the organisation with the placement of relief staff. You will be proactive in the evaluation and development of processes and will be responsible for all compliance matters relating to the team, including social care and employment legislation.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the social care sector particularly in relation to accommodation services, it would be great if you have experience of working with people with disabilities, sensory needs or learning difficulties. You will need strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
It is essential that you have demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to communicate information clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
