Are you an experienced registered manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience of managing a large complex residential service and staff team?

We are seeking someone with a can do approach, someone who is able to see the possibilities and solutions to the challenges of managing a large service. Who strives for the best, is creative in thinking about how to achieve this, focusing on the positives with strong change management skills.

As the Registered Care Manager (RCM) for the Barnet Residential Services have oversight of a large service that supports adults over the age of eighteen who have a range of complex needs, including sensory loss and learning disabilities.

You need to be committed to ensuring everyone we support is at the centre of their support, that we ensure support is developed using a co-production approach.

An excellent leader able to motivate and inspire a team to work together in flexible ways, to challenges stereo types – and help the people we support to live ordinary lives, doing extraordinary things.

An excellent communicator who truly listens to what the people we support and their families want, ability to communicate in BSL would be fantastic but having a willingness to learn BSL is just as important.

Have you the ability to be able to work under pressure and cope with conflicting priorities being creative and having a collaborative approach founded on a genuine commitment to address the inequalities people with disabilities face.
