Our teams change people’s lives – could you?

Sense is recruiting for Relief Support Workers for our residential service in Bristol.

As a Relief Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. In addition to assisting with personal care, you’ll enable the people we support to do the activities they enjoy, engaging with a range of arts and wellbeing activities and their local community.

Our relief arrangements are very flexible and can fit around your life. We are looking for people with a wide range of availability and have shifts available during daytimes, night times, evenings and weekends.

Key skills and experience

Care experience is not necessarily required for this role. You know if you have the compassion and motivation to improve people’s quality of life, Sense can give you the skills. It is really important that you’re adaptable and able to work on your own initiative, always putting the people we support first.
