About the role

Sense are looking for a passionate and dedicated Education Service Receptionist to work at our Aldeby College to ensure the learners, staff and visitors are greeted and provided with all the information they need for their time at the Centre.

They will be part of a small and strong team who all work towards making the centre the best it can be for those it supports.

 Our ideal candidate will have experience of using Word and Excel for data entry, as well as a friendly and approachable attitude. You will be able to work on your own and as part of a team, whilst maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

The work pattern for this role is 20 hours per week spread over Monday-Friday.  This is a 45 week contract with set holiday periods. We are happy to be flexible with days and timings worked throughout the week for the right candidate.
