About the role
Sense are recruiting for a reliable and motivated Registered Car Manager to join our professional team at our brand new services in Bristol working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis.
This is a new and exciting role managing 2 services and the teams supporting young people with learning disabilities, autism & that may display behaviours that challenge who are moving into their first home. We are looking for creative and supportive people who have a can do attitude. You will support the team to enable individuals to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your leadership skills, coaching, team guidance and support will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible.

Ensuring that the service is compliant with CQC and is co-produced with individuals and their circles of support to ensure great outcomes are achieved.
You will need to have had proven experience of supervising and line managing staff, as well as experience of coordinating and planning a range of activities.
You must be willing to work towards a Level Five Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards an accredited award.
The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with challenging situations and of advocating in the best interests of individuals.
Due to the nature of the role we are looking for candidates who hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.
