About the role

Sense has a great opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Support Worker at our Sense College in Dereham . We are currently recruiting for a permanent part time Support Worker working 21 hours per week. The hours will be 9:15am-4:15pm across 3 weekdays, with one of these days being a Tuesday each week. There is an expectation for staff to attend a meeting once per month from 8:30am arranged well in advance, plus a very rare evening or Saturday training session where needed.

We can also offer extra hours on an ad hoc basis to cover other staff sickness or holidays. These are optional

As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible – helping with personal care, take part in some of our amazing arts and wellbeing activities – from dance to music making, swimming to horse riding.
