Shifts tend to be either 7am-3pm or 3pm-10pm. We can be flexible with working hours however these hours are based around the needs of the individuals that we support so may be subject to change.

These roles are based in a Supported Living service in Margate working with females. We promote independence and do everything with the people that we support rather than for them. They are interested in dance, horse riding, swimming, going to the cinema, going to college and love to dance!

About you

Experience is not necessarily required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives. We are looking for individuals who are fun, energetic, willing to try new things and able to use their initiative.

Flexibility is needed as working times do vary and will include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins; we will however provide you with a rota in advance so you can plan your life accordingly.

*For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9)
