About the role
Sense is currently recruiting for an Usher Team Administrator to work 16 hours per week on a fixed term basis for 9 months to cover maternity leave. This position is a home working opportunity in the Horsham, West Sussex or Surrey areas attracting a salary of circa £16,500 per annum (pro rata) including a home working allowance.
We are currently looking for someone to provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to ensure the day to day running of our office. The role will also include some direct work for the Head of Services. You will need to be flexible, able to work on your own initiative to meet deadlines and have good communication skills.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as an Administrator. You will be competent in the use of the full Microsoft Office suite. You will also have experience in the running and monitoring of social media sites. It is essential to be flexible, have good communication skills and work on your own initiative to meet deadlines.
Level 2 BSL is desirable but not essential for this role.
