Sense have an exciting opportunity for two Team Leaders (Social Care) to join our team at our new Supported Living project in Holbeach . There are two full time positions available, each working 37.5 hours per week.

About the role

Your responsibilites will include the coordination or activities in the service for individuals ensuring that they are person centred, community focused and empower the individuals we support to reach their potential; as well as the staff in the service. 

You will assist the manager in the running of the service including co-ordinating and supervising the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained.

About you

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate willingness to participate in training and development. You will need to communicate in a variety of different methods and be prepared to deal with challenging situations. You will also be expected to work on your own initiative and show patience and understanding.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of motivating others including carrying out supervision meetings.  You will have experience of working with adults with disabilities, monitoring the care provided and identifying and resolving issues arising from the 'day to day' operation.
