About the roles

Sense are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Selly Oak, Birmingham. This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for either 3 or 6 months, after which the role will be reviewed.

Working as part of our busy Recruitment Team, you’ll get involved all aspects of our recruitment process:

  • Sending offer letters and contracts.
  • Completing pre-employment checks for our new starters.
  • Preparing and posting job adverts.
  • Inviting candidates to interviews.

It’s really important to us that all applicants have a great experience. We pride ourselves on working together to provide excellent support to all our customers.

About you 

With proven administration experience, our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with great customer service skills. It would be great if you have experience working in a recruitment setting, though this is not essential. You will have strong IT skills, including the full Microsoft Office suite.

We’re looking for someone who is organised and can deal with conflicting priorities. You will also be able to build effective working relationships with both Sense staff and candidates.
