About the role

Sense has a fantastic opportunity for a Relief Worker Coordinator to join our team in Selly Oak, Birmingham on a full time, permanent basis working 37.5 hour per week attracting a salary of circa £27,500 per annum

You will be responsible for coordinating a network of Relief Workers across the organisation in order to maximise the consistency of staffing for all of our services and reducing the costs of hiring agency staff. You will also be responsible arranging induction, training and supervision for relief workers.

About you 

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in supervising and managing staff in a setting related to social care. It’d be great if you have experience of working with people with disabilities, sensory needs or learning difficulties.

We’re looking for someone with great communication and organisations skills who is great at building relationships.
