About the role

We are looking for a reliable and highly motivated person to join our team in Market Deeping as a Secretary to the Area Manager. This is a permanent, part time position, working 18 hours per week.

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Area Operations Manager and a geographically dispersed team of service level managers. You will assist in the management of diaries, the organisation of meetings and handle both written and telephone correspondence.

About you 

We would like to hear from you if you have experience of organising meetings and events, preferably with experience working for management at a senior level. You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work using your own initiative.
