About the role

Sense are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Fundraising team as a Philanthropy Officer. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week at our head office in King's Cross, London.

Working in conjunction with the Senior Philanthropy Manager and the Head of High Value Relationships, you will develop and deliver a strategy to raise funds from key high net worth individuals and supporter networks through donor cultivation and stewardship.

You will liaise with the wider Fundraising team to identify projects or finances relevant to Sense, and contribute to our fundraising strategy.

About you 

Our successful candidate will be educated to a degree level or equivalent and will have proven experience of stewarding high value donors and cultivating prospects. 

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and build strong relationships with people inside and outside of the organisation. It'd be great if you had experience using a supporter relationship database, such as Raiser's Edge.
