About the role

Sense have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our successful Trading team as a Donated Stock Assistant Manager in Crayford, London.

You will assist in the effective running of the department, including taking line management responsibility as required for the Donated Stock Assistant. You will also work in coordination with our Logistics Team, facilitating services from our partners and stores.

In this role you will support the Donated Stock Manager in delivery of the strategy to maximise donated stock within Sense by effective management of processes, systems and staff. You will play a vital role in ensuring there is an adequate supply of donated goods for sale in Sense shops by securing regular donations from third parties, and by maintaining and growing our network of clothing, media and donation banks.

This role involves business travel to our sites as required, which may include overnight stays.

About you 

We’re looking for an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills. You will be computer literate, including experience using the full Microsoft Office suite.

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of the generation and management of stock, ideally within the context of charity operations.
