About the role

Sense is running an exciting three-week summer playscheme based at the Woodland's School Coleshill. This programme is providing an opportunity for young people aged 5 to 18, who have a range of disabilities, to hang out with friends, have new experiences, go on days out, and make the most of summer! As a Playscheme Support Worker, you will support individuals to access activities in a fun, safe way. 

This vacancy is open to current staff working at the Woodlands School. The scheme is for a period of 3 weeks, from 6th August 2018, working 9:30 to 3:30, Monday to Friday

About you 

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with great communication skills and a dedication to making this project a success. You will have a practical knowledge of child protection and safeguarding, and be able to assess and manage risk. You will be willing to engage with individuals across the range of activates on offer, and provide positive support and encouragement along the way.
