About the role
Sense are currently looking for a Lunchtime Assistant to work 10 hours per week at our Sense Centre in Pinchbeck. This is a permanent position working 2 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
As a Lunchtime Assistant you will support the smooth running of lunch times within the centre. You will prepare lunches for individuals, ensuring that their dietary requirements are met and preparation guidelines are followed, whilst also helping colleagues and ensuring that the environment is kept clean and safe. You will also play an active part in assisting with individuals' personal care and supporting them during the lunch time period.
Experience is not necessarily required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.
