We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of Support Workers. These are offered on a full time, part time and casual basis in Louth, Lincolnshire.

We have a range of casual shifts available at our fantastic Windsor Resource Centre in Louth. This is an education and day service for people with a dual or single sensory impairment with additional learning disabilities. Our casual/ bank arrangements are very flexible and can fit around your life.

In our accommodation service there are permanent full time (37.5 hours per week), part time and casual opportunities; this includes waking night roles.

As a Support Worker you will support people to live more independent lives in their home or local community.  This may include assisting with people’s personal care, their dietary requirements, shopping and social activities.

Experience is not necessarily required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.

If you do have experience that’s great! We also have ‘Experienced Support Worker’ opportunities in our accommodation services. We are looking people who have recent experience of providing practical support (including personal care) with vulnerable people in a home, community or education setting and to have also gained a Level 2 Diploma in health and social care or equivalent experience.  The Experienced Support Worker role has an annual salary of up to £16,401 (£8.41 per hour).

Flexibility is needed as working times can vary; we will however provide you with a rota in advance so you can plan your life accordingly.
